Our opinion:

It would be very difficult to go wrong with this business. Everything is in place: the superb home with its own heated pool, the two top quality gites with their repeat customers, the guest pool and the extensive grounds. There’s even a ‘challenge’ for those who want to make their mark on the place: the old tobacco barn. We feel that someone using more dynamic marketing methods and concentrating on a low season ‘theme’ could easily boost turnover beyond the €100k mark.
