This property offers all the convenience of Albi  (10 minutes from the cathedral, the Toulouse-Lautrec gallery and the mediaeval centre) without the inconvenience of living in a museum with all the restrictions that apply. Upstairs, there are 5 more bedrooms including a bijou of a room in the old pigeon loft. This is an 18th century farm that has been cleverly refurbished leaving a number of original features intact.

But it is the rest of the farm buildings that will interest buyers: another 400m² of solid barns and byres that are crying out for development into more accommodation or ‘events space’ or both. These buildings are all equipped with electricity, water and connections to the mains drainage/sewage.

Our opinion:

We could go on for hours about this beautiful property but nothing compares with a viewing. The proximity of Albi (and that golf course), the peaceful country atmosphere (the fields around the property cannot be built on and are used for hay) and the vast out-buildings all point towards the development of a million euro business very rapidly.
